Ok, so I said I was having fun with the paints, I wasn't kidding.  I just couldn't stop.  I love both of these techniques, and I can see myself using them again and again.  I think this is my favorite day so far.

Day 9 #2
Here's my second card.  I matted the watercolor paper on black card stock, but the photo was taken against a dark background, so it is hard to see the black.  I think this looks much better than the first.
Day 9
I had a lot of fun playing around with paint today.  I don't particularly like glitter since it is always so messy.  I have received cards in the mail and had glitter end up all over the place and it takes forever to get rid of, so instead of glitter I used metallic acrylic paint so I still had a bit of shimmer.

I managed yet another one layer card - Yippieee!!!  For some reason it seems to take me twice as long to make one of these as it does to make one with several layers.  I like how it turned out.  Thanks for looking :)

Day 4
I always feel the need to add lots of stuff to my cards, but now I'm finding it's nice to keep it simple sometimes:)
Day 2
I have always wanted to try a single layer card, but never knew where to start.  I still think this looks a bit plain, but I'm not sure what else to add.  Any suggestions are appreciated.  Thanks for looking :)
